1. No Return or Exchange Policy

At Varam Fashion House, we take great care to ensure that every product is handpicked and thoroughly inspected for quality. As a result, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including sarees and dresses.

2. Exceptions

In rare cases where a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, we will review the situation and provide a resolution as outlined below:

  • You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • Your order number
    • Photographs of the product clearly showing the damage or defect
    • Description of the issue
  • Alternatively, you may email us at support@varamfashionhouse.com, but WhatsApp will ensure a quicker response.
  • We will investigate and respond within 2-3 business days.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • If the product was damaged during transit and a replacement cannot be arranged.
  • If an incorrect product was shipped and cannot be exchanged.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Conditions for Refunds

  • The product must be unused and in the original condition in which it was received.
  • The original packaging, tags, and invoice must be retained.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if the cancellation request is made before the product is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
